Rosemary

Rosemary founded the practice in 2006 after surrendering to a lifelong obsession with plants. Having forged a career as a successful fashion designer she was used to working with colour, form and texture. Her love of landscape was instilled during a childhood growing up in New Zealand’s wild open spaces - and a move to the UK in her twenties saw her develop a passion for Britain’s historic garden traditions…

Lilly Van Epen

Lilly joined us in mid 2018. Lilly started out in landscape construction in Australia. This led to a Certificate in Landscape Construction, followed by a Diploma in Landscape Design at Ryde, Tafe in Sydney. After designing and building gardens in Sydney for 14 years, as well as a stint as a TV presenter on gardening shows, she headed to the UK. Never one to sit still she is now studying…

Maki originally studied Conservation Biology and spent time in the USA as a Field Biologist studying seabirds in their natural habitats. She combines her experiences of living in different countries into her designs, from her native Japan to the USA and France, as well as blending art and science through her work.
